Fairhaven "adds life to years" by offering an apartment style of living in addition to other supported, assisted and skilled living options.  Located in the center of a residential neighborhood, Fairhaven is within walking distance of downtown Whitewater, stores, churches, banks, library and the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater.

We have 100 apartments, which consist of studio, one and two bedroom apartments in six interconnected buildings.  Our community is designed for those who wish to live without assistance in a secure environment.  Services including meals are priced individually.  A resident may choose a variety of options, which may be needed or desired at any particular time.  Individual bring their own furniture and are encouraged to decorate in a way that will reflect thier own personalities.  Residents have a priority for addition services at Fairhaven.

A prepaid "monthly maintenance" amount is billed for the apartments. This fee includes the apartment living space, utilities (except telephone), cable TV, private bath, kitchenette, use of the common facilities (lounges, dining room, fellowship hall, library, craft rooms, etc.), monthly housekeeping, flat laundry service and social services (counseling, activities and spiritual).

Fairhaven encourages stability in our residential community through payment of  a "Founder's Fee" (entry fee) when they enter Fairhaven.  This fee does have some limited refund provisions. 

Propsective residents may apply for approval to be on our witing list by signing a "Deferred Residency Agreement", submitting an application and paying a $750 Application Fee.
