ASSISTED LIVING

Assisted Living features private rooms and is located on the fourth floor of the C Building. Although bedroom furnishings can be provided, most residents choose to bring their own furnishings. Licensed as a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF), this program provides services on an as-needed basis while encouraging each resident to maintain the highest possible level of independence.

Services Included in the daily rate:
24-hour staffing
Daily housekeeping
Medication administration
Three meals daily and snacks
Limited assistance with dressing
Meal trays when needed
Scheduled assistance with bathing
Call system
Linens
Refrigerator
All utilities (except telephone)
Cable television

Services Available at an Additional Cost (Fee schedule available upon request)
Physical, occupational and speech therapy
Beauty/barber shop
Medical supplies and personal comfort items
Personal laundry
Medication (billed directly by your pharmacy)
Staff assistance for medical appointments outside Fairhaven at a cost of $20.00 per hour plus current Fairhaven mileage rate for transportation.
