Prairie Village: Rates

The residents pay an entry fee based upon the base price of their home and the cost of any upgrades they choose. Refunds are made once the home has been leased by a new resident and a new entry paid.

90% Refund – Under this plan the resident or his/her estate will receive 90% of the Adjusted Entry Fee when the resident vacates the Prairie Village Home.

The monthly services fee is $360. Residents are responsible for their own utilities and taxes.
