Health and Rehabilitation Center residents receive personal nursing care. Services included in the daily rate are meals, continual housekeeping, administration of medications, treatments, emergency nurse call system, supervision of appearance and hygiene, and assistance with the activities of daily living as needed. A recreation/activities program and social services are also available. Levels of care are established based on the individual nursing, dietary, social and recreational needs of the resident. The criteria used to establish the level of care includes, but is not limited to: type and frequency of medications, amount of assistance needed with the activities of daily living (ADL's) and independence level. Changes in resident rates will be reflected according to the level of care and number of beds in the room. Medications are billed to the resident by the pharmacist of their choice.
