There are three refund options for each type of Prairie Village Home.  Residents pay an entry fee based upon the base price of their home and the cost of any upgrades they choose.  Lower the entry fee refund options result in a lower entry fee when beginning residency.  Refunds are made once the home has been leased by a new resident and a new entry fee paid.

90% Refund - Under this option the resident or his/her estate will receive 90% of the Adjusted Entry fee when the resident vacates the Prairie Village Home.

50% Refund -  Residents pay a lower entry fee and receive a 50% refund of their entry fee when they vacate the home.

0% Refund -  These residents pay the lowest entry fee and receive no refund when they vacate the home.

Residents are free to choose any of these three options depending upon their own circumstances.
