Prairie Village will be a community of 92 duplex side by side homes.  Phase I, along N. Acorn Ridge, consists of 14 side by side homes.  Our model  home is at 909 N. Acorn Ridge which is the first home as you turn on to Acorn Ridge.

Residents of Prairie Village are part of the larger Fairhaven Senior Community and have access to meals, health services, cultural and recreational opporunities that are planned for and sponsored by residents.

Prairie Village is located north of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Prairie and east of Friar's Woods.  The eastern boundry is the Whitewater Creek.  This location provides a natural setting with water features.  Prairie plantings will be a prominent feature of the development.  The first prairie is already being planted along County U.

Burr Oak Trail, which is the main city street through the community will be completed in Phase II of the project and it will connect the community directly to Fremont Road.

A multi-use trail will be completed as Phase II is developed in 2007/2008.  It will connect with the trail that runs from Whitewater to the east of the University Prairie.  The trail will be alongside Burr Oak Trail and the Whitewater Creek to County U.

An Assisted Living (Residential Care Apartment Complex) facility is planned close to County U that will serve residents of Prairie Village and the general public.
