No Founder's Fee or Entry Fee is required for this special area on the first floor of our D Building where a limited package of services is available.  Residents in this area are individuals or couples who need some assistance but still make their own decisions and would like some meals and have the option of preparing their own breakfast.  All three meals are available, however.  Rooms are private with kitchens.  The size of the rooms ranges from efficiency, studio (alcove) and one bedroom apartments (large enough for a couple). 

All the amenities and programs of Fairhaven are available to residents of this area.  

These limited services are also available to Life Lease Apartment Residents, if and when they need these limited services.
