SUPPORTIVE LIVING

Supportive Living features private apartments and is located on the first floor of the D Building. Residents provide their own furnishings. Licensed as a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF), this program offers packaged services to meet the needs of its residents while maintaining the highest possible level of independence.

The daily rate will be reduced by $7 when the resident is away overnight.

Life Lease residents who have paid a Founder's Fee will continue to pay their monthly apartment fee plus a $58/day Supportive Living Service fee.
