Fairhaven Senior Services is a not-for-profit senior living community focused on care, comfort, and maintaining independence. We offer independent living along with multiple levels of care, providing the support residents may need while encouraging an active, engaged lifestyle.

A Unique Connection to the Community
Located just blocks from University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, Fairhaven offers intergenerational opportunities that few senior living communities can provide. This close relationship allows residents to remain connected to learning, culture, and community life both on our campus and on the university campus.
Residents and students regularly come together through intellectual, spiritual, social, and recreational activities. These experiences include attending athletic events, bingo at the University Center, reading at the Children’s Center, drawing classes, student-led programs such as The Young, and more. The energy and enthusiasm created through these interactions enrich the lives of both residents and students.
Fairhaven works with the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater to offer engaging lectures throughout the academic year, with recorded sessions available for continued learning.
