Life Lease Agreement
You become a Prairie Village Resident by signing a “Life Lease” agreement with Fairhaven and paying the Entry Fee for your specific home. The Life Lease allows you to live at Prairie Village for as long as you like.
If you ever decide to leave
It also allows you to leave at any time and for any reason. Upon your departure from Prairie village, you, or your estate, will receive a refund of 90% of the Entry Fee base price you paid. Refunds are made once the home has been leased by a new resident and a new Entry Fee is paid. *Life Lease Agreement will explain additional details.

Average price range
The amount of the Entry fee is determined by the base price of the home and the cost of any upgrades or options you may want to include. The price of a new home estimated to start at $300,000 and will depend upon future construction costs. A “Pre-Leased” home will be less expensive – when available.
